I cant get into the game

Graphics are awesome, a lot of things/dungeons to do, I am so addicted to this game. love it!

The newest update keeps saying the request has timed out so can you fix it because I love this game

This game is really massive it is a very good game

This game is amazing and I love it but I wish there was a female version of the assassin. Like have the option to choose a class and then choose make or female cause I love assassins but want to be a female.

Wont let me in the server. Keeps saying LINK-cooldown. Please fix. I really wanna play this game.

Im Jadewolf level 52. I can never ever defeat Essil in tainted lands level 50 NORMAL. Im very mad that its way too hard. Can you please make it easier? 1: ITS ON NORMAL FOR LEVEL 45 V.S. LEVEL 52 PERSON ESSIL WINS VS ME 2:ISNT IT ON NORMAL?!?!

While this game is quite beautiful and the storyline is entertaining, you dont really have to do anything. Literally there is a bot mode where the game practically fights for you and you dont have to use the joy stick either, just keep taping the mission and it auto runs for you. Very convenient but takes the fun out of it in my opinion.

I use to love this game on my laptop is sit and play it all day n the phone version isnt as good as the computer because you cant customize the characters we all look similar or alike n I really enjoy that feature can u please add it to the phone version

I have needed help in the game and went to the faq to contact you for help. I have been getting codes in my e-mail and cannot redeem them, when I asked how to redeem them and I was told how to change my password.... Not sure how that happened. I also have a character on level 40 who cannot get into a dungeon so I messaged again asking for help and was told they cannot help me. I suggest that everyone find a game where people are willing to help you if you need it and also know what they are doing. Trust me there are tons of MMORPGs where the creators hired people that know how to helps players and this is not one of them.

What they will do is they will let you pay and get VIP and then once you stop spending theyll flat out delete your account. This has happened to me twice already and Im deleting this app. I was VIP 5 twice already. Im not falling for it again and I suggest you dont either

For some reason I cant clear the first stage of the grassland dungeon (normal). I defeat every enemy but yet, it doesnt give me a clear screen
